Main Features:
● It can provide fresh hot air up to 500℃ for efficient thermal debinding and high-temperature sintering of ceramics with a limited organic content of 15% (except paraffin, epoxy resin and POM);
● The advanced fresh hot air system can be linked with the main furnace for temperature control and adjustable air volume. It not only ensures that large ceramic parts will not crack during debinding, but also cooperates with the negative pressure furnace environment during the cooling process to greatly speed up the heat dissipation in the furnace, greatly increasing economic benefits for customers.
● The dynamic thermal field + temperature-controlled gas field enables the ideal minimum temperature difference in the furnace. Especially in the high-temperature sintering section, the oxygen-rich atmosphere in the furnace can ensure that the inherent properties of advanced ceramics will not be lost;

● Long-term using temperature: 1650℃, maximum using temperature 1700℃
